Facing yearly declines in both ticket sales and hotel stays, Colonial Williamsburg had a perception problem. In order to get people to see them as more than just a “been there, done that” place, they hired The Martin Agency to establish a new brand platform and campaign. With my love of history, I jumped at the chance to make Colonial Williamsburg more relevant and help turn things around. For the past two years, we’ve created disruptive work that extends into broadcast, print, and digital to increase consideration and drive traffic to the historic site.
